The Professional.

Is a hydraulic wire dispensing and tensioning machine for the professional agricultural fencing contractor.

This machine has 8 hydraulic functions and is built to a very high standard and will last a lifetime if used correctly.

Functions:

  1. Hydraulic loading mechanism for loading rolls of netting onto the machine up to 500m in length and up to 2.5m high with the appropriate clamp fitted.
  2. Hydraulic top link for levelling the machine and for top or bottom of netting tension.
  3. Hydraulic adjustable barbed wire dispenser.
  4. Hydraulic forward shift for safe hydraulic tensioning of netting.
  5. Hydraulic side shift for placing your netting out away from the side of the tractor when dispensing and also for placing the netting close to the fence when trying off.
  6. Hydraulic tilt on the clamp for placing the netting to a vertical position for tying off when working on banksides.
  7. Hydraulic rise and fall on the clamp for lowering the netting to the ground ready for tying off.
  8. Hydraulic none slip clamp for tensioning netting up to 500m in one go.

The machine has 3 different heights of clamps, which fit to the machine on a quick hitch system.

Clamps:

  • 1.3m high to take netting up to 1.2m high.
  • 2.1m high to take netting up to 2.0m high.
  • 2.6m high to take netting up to 2.5m high.

All machines are powder coated for a long lasting hard finish.

The professional comes with a 1.3 m high one way clamp, toolbox, tool carrier and hydraulic twin barbed wire dispenser.

The 1.3m high two way clamp is an optional extra if needed.

The Junior Plus.

This machine is made to the same high standard as the Professional but has less hydraulic functions.

The Junior Plus machine has 6 hydraulic functions.

The functions it doesn`t have are the forward shift and the rise and fall on the clamp.

The Junior was originally made for a tele-handler so doesn`t need the forward shift. The only downside is if you have it fitted to a tractor you have to strain with the tractor and not with the hydraulics.

It also doesn`t have the rise and fall on the clamp, with the machine not having forward shift we were able to build the turntable closer to the ground so eliminating the need for the rise and fall on the clamp.

Apart from those two items the Junior machine is exactly the same as the Professional and can be fitted with either of the 3 clamps like the Professional.

On both machines the netting dispenses off the rotating turntable which has a plastic disc to protect the galvanising on the netting.

The netting also passes round rollers as it is dispensed through the clamp again to protect the galvanising on the netting.

All machines are powder coated for a long lasting hard finish.

The Junior Plus omes with a 1.3 m high one way clamp, toolbox, tool carrier and hydraulic twin barbed wire dispenser.

The 1.3m high two way clamp is an optional extra if needed.

The Junior.

This machine is again made to the same high standard as the other two machines.

The Junior is a more basic machine, but can still handle 500m rolls of netting up to 2.5m high with the appropriate clamp fitted.

The Junior comes with 5 hydraulic functions.

 In my opinion these hydraulic functions are necessary for the machine to work to its full potential and do what a machine like this is supposed to do and that is to assist the operator to build a fence as fast as possible and with little effort.

  1. Top Link for levelling the machine for dispensing and for top and bottom tension on the netting.
  2. Loading mechanism for loading rolls of netting off the ground or trailer.
  3. Side shift for placing the netting out away from the tractor when dispensing, and for placing the netting close to the fence line ready for tying off.
  4. Tilt on the clamp for placing the netting to a vertical position ready for tying off when you are working on banksides.
  5. None slip hydraulic clamp.

The netting sits on a static table which has a plastic matt to protect the galvanising on the netting when dispensing.

The netting passers round a roller on the clamp, again to protect the netting as it is dispensed.

The clamp is a one way clamp which means you can only dispense in one direction with the machine on the front or rear of the tractor.

All machines are powder coated for a long lasting hard finish.

The Junior machine comes with a 1.3m high one way clamp.

Tool box, tool carrier, barbed wire dispenser, quick hitch, 2.1m high one way clamp can be added as an optional extra if needed.

The Compact.

The Compact machine has been designed to fit onto a tractor front end loader or tele-handler.

You use the crow function on the loader to load the netting. This machine has 3 hydraulic functions.

  1. The side shift.
  2. Tilt on the clamp for placing the netting to a vertical position ready for tying off when you are working on banksides.
  3. None slip hydraulic clamp.

The netting sits on a static table which has a plastic mat to protect the galvanising on the netting when dispensing. The netting passers round a roller on the clamp, again to protect the netting as it is dispensed.

The clamp is a one way clamp which means you can only dispense in one direction with the machine on the front or rear of the tractor.

All machines are powder coated for a long lasting hard finish.

The Compact comes with a 1.3 m high one way clamp, quick hitch and barbed wire dispenser.

The 2.1 m high one way deer clamp can be added as optional extra if needed.

If you fit the Junior or the Compact machines to a tele-handler with a hydraulic forward shift then you can strain the netting hydraulically.

Remote control.

We have added remote control to the Profencer as an optional extra. This helps to save even more time when dispensing and straining wire.

Most of the operations can be done from the tractor cab. Loading, side shift, tilt and top link can all be operated from the cab on the move.

On the professional machine you have the advantage of being able to operate the forward shift from up to 300 metres away from the tractor.

Which means you don`t have to walk back to the tractor to operate the levers to add a little more tension, or release the tension if the netting has snagged on something, then re-tension all from up to 300 metres away.

The time and physical effort saved with this machine is immense.
